Hard Rock Cafe - Realy bad quality of T-Shirt
Hello Customer support, I always purchase a Hard Rock Cafe T shirt on my vacation wherever i find one. Last time i purchased one in Malaga, Spain. I was very happy and proud about it and weared it not often to keep it in a good shape. Unfortunately after the 2nd washing, I found a couple wholes around the neck. I'm not sure that this message has any impact to update the quality of your products, but it is not worth the 32 I paid for. I'll upload a picture of the issue to show. Unhappy with treatment

Hello On 20th September at around 7pm myself and my son went to your restaurant in Florence, Via del Brunelleschi 1 50123 I asked for a table for 2 and was told that they had no availability for a table inside, but we could sit at the bar to eat or sit outside. I was disappointed, but as I hadnt thought to book ahead we just sat outside as we didnt particularly want to eat at the bar. After being pestered by beggars , I decided to speak to our waitress , and if nothing could be done to seat us inside we had decided to go elsewhere. When our waitress came and I explained the situation she seemed very surprised and I asked her to please check again . She came back and told us that we could go inside. I expected to find a packed restaurant, only to find it at least %70 empty !!! I thought maybe people were booked to come later (it was about 7.30 at this stage). I asked the waitress why this had happened to us and she didnt seem to know what to say , just mumbled something about the table not being clean. By now I was feeling very insulted and I would have just left as obviously our business wasnt needed that much , however my son who was with me has Autism, so I couldnt at this stage tell him we were going elsewhere. Our service and food was good apart from a mix up with my sons chip order and my latte coming out luke warm. I asked for the bill at around 9pm so we were in the restaurant for around 2 hours, and at no stage during this time was it full .. I would estimate that about 40/50% of the tables were empty at any one time . Im sure this will be easy enough for you check. We do a lot of city breaks, and if there is a Hard Rock Cafe then we always go, but we have never encountered this bizarre treatment anywhere else before. Maybe there is an explanation, and if so I would be happy to hear it. At the moment I feel as though I do not want to rush back to any of your restaurants.

Love All Serve All I agreed to play 5 weekends Fri and Sat. at Hard Rock in Atlantic City, N.J from Nov.18th Through Dec 18th 2022 Upon starting the 1st week, I was told new management had cancelled music for the remainder of the year.. The balance for the 4 weeks is $7,200 and so far no cancellation fee communication has happened.. The new f-up verification system sucks tried three times to enter the code you sent another day after 3-time the account is now blocked and called I'm in NJ and sent to p-Philippines with uneducated people who then sent me to an American another bimbo who sent me to NJ Hardrock casino not online wrote emails no response tried to phone to call need number unblocked to place bets so I had to go to draft kings and bet but I still need an account online unblocked I have bets placed but there is nobody in this *** online to unblock me who works there should be fired I need account to have account unblocked!!!

Fraudulent charges on credit card

I visited Hard Rock Biloxi for a stay on September 28-30, 2022. This stay was complimentary. I had to present a credit card in case any charges incurred during my stay at check-in. This is the only time my card transferred hands or was used during my stay. However, a charge of 1005.00 dollars was charged to my card. I did not use my card during this time and would like this to be investigated. I appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

My complaint may also be applicable at all Hard Rock cafes, but this is my latest visit and the first time I encountered this situation. Waitress took our drink orders without issue. When she returned with drinks, I requested a menu and was informed that I had to scan the QR Code on the table to get the menu and that I had to order from my phone and I would have to pay via my phone as well. At that point I asked how she wanted me to pay for the drinks because we were leaving. I had no intention of ordering food from a cell phone screen that had to be scrolled just to see what might be on the menu nor did I intend to enter my credit card number into my phone for every scammer to access. When I got up to leave, the waitress agreed to take our order and she would take the payment at the end. She was unable to accept cash when we tried to pay because she didn't have change for a $100 bill. You may think technology is great and that you need to target the younger crowd, but I can assure you that me and my party will not frequent your establishments again if that is your current mode od doing business. when I visit a nice restaurant, I expect a printed menu and if I choose to pay with cash, I expect it to be accepted quickly. I will not visit the Tampa Airport Hard Rock Cafe ever again.

My daughter checked into Hardrock Cancun for their home yesterday and were given a room with 2 double beds and checkin refused to give them a different room and the bathroom had not been cleaned from previous people. My daughter has been crying and wish she could go to a different resort

Horrible stay!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Our night started by a great dinner at the sugar factory followed by the security telling us that they "hate niggas". We really didn't want to let that ruin our night so we just decided to hit the casino. Whole at the casino we were then refused service for no apparent reason. But we decided to just go to another table for service so that our night would not be ruined. We then went to another table where the dealer kept insisting that the ID one of our friends provided wasn't him. We then hit the slot machines were within a span of 5 minutes we were asked for id's 3 different times. HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO ENJOY OURSELVES?!! At this point we are being targeted and harrassed! The security and the managers Miguel A403423 and Harry billy Joel A406371 didn't make the situation ANY better. They proceeded to tell us that when guests look under 30 they are subject to be asked for ID. He told us that we could get wrist bands to prevent getting asked for ID CARDS over and over but that the wrist bands were optional. My question is how does ANYONE look under 30 years old with mask on their faces ?!! They were simply harassing is for our Skin color and because of the way we were dressed. I cannot believe we spent our HARD earned money at the HARD ROCK ATLANTIC CITY!!! Our group consisted of 8 minorities with a bunch of decorated law enforcement officials. DO NOT stay at this hotel if you are young, black, and hip! Spend your money where the majority of the crowd is black. Because this ain't it! This was my first stay at any hard rock and I would never stay at another hard rock hotel again!

They told me i was out of luck that they werent even going to say sorry that the reson was that i dint spend enough money they told me i was trying to con them for casino play I cant belive it and bow since complaining they dont longer give me bonus play and they give me a hard time when im there i cant even use the rest room security is knocking in 3 min how can they get a way with this Im looking for a lawyer as we speak they have gone to far

I hada bad experience in general. I was locked out of my room for 4 hours. I was calling for the food that I had bought on my way up before I knew I was going to be locked out. meanwhile while I was waiting. I wasted the rest of the money I had. just waiting for them to open the door. the door never got open until the sun came up which was 4 or 5 hours later. while I was waiting I was told to stay up. by the security. they made me go up and down at least 10 times with different keys to see if they would work and none of them did. the next day the manager and the ambulance Personnel woke me up. it scared the *** out of us. they said I had slept in a half hour too long and I had 15 minutes to get out. they said the reason they broke into the room was because they thought I was dead. When I snore like a bear trust me you would know when I was dead. and then to top it off when I did talk to his supervisor he told me to take a hike. he said all I wanted was freebies. I spend thousands of dollars their mind you I'm a X card member I have never been so humuliated in my life. would definitely not recommend this place to anybody. the place is called Fire Mountain Sacramento casino Hard Rock. this is definitely not over. I will keep you guys updated.

Complaint for bing locked out of room for hours

I was locked out of my room for hours and then. I got very little rest at day. so I happen to sleep in. I believe it was like an hour. and then I got woken up mind you my girlfriend was in the bed with me sleeping naked and they scared the *** out of me and her and said that they broke into the room because they thought I was dead. the whole thing sounds like a movie I know. and they still have not done anything about it. I've called multiple times and I mean multiple at least 10 to 11 times. and every single time it's the same story. they say they don't know what I'm talking about and I did not talk to them but this time they're going to get it down for sure. it's almost close to a month now and they still have not responded or done anything about it. I think my next step. is going to be to get a lawyer. they broke every rule in with hard rock stands for and they're doing nothing about it. I feel like I was violated that day. my girlfriend was violated as well. I mean being locked out of your room for 4 hours this is. what if I had someone in there with the medical condition. they did not act like they cared at all. matter-of-factly couldn't wait to kick me out and that was the worst way to let me go. it was one of the worst experience I've had by far. and I want to make sure that no one has to go through what I have. something needs to be done to the people that think it's okay. I feel very disrespected. and humiliated yeah I lost a lot of money in. and maybe some food. but those are materialistic things. the shame and the way they treated me that day I'm honestly tired of having to explain my story and not be heard. I hope you guys take this serious because I do and it is very serious it's not a joke or a laughing manner. it seems like everything this company is tied into does nothing or tries to make things go away so I hope. you take this very serious because I do and it is very serious.
